AERIN FLORAL ILLUMINATING POWDER

Saturday, 2 February 2013

When I was introduced to the AERIN limited edition Garden Color collection, the Spring style palettes immediately caught my attention with their incredibly pretty packaging and perfectly picked shades. You MUST go have a look when they arrive in stores and online.

After I spent 20 minutes swooning over the style palettes, I quickly moved onto this beaut - the Floral Illuminating Powder. Many brands have brought out similar all over illuminating powders, but this one for me is the most visually pleasing and the one that is the most practical too.

After the first brush the shimmering green parts disappear from the palette which is a  shame, but you are left with around five gorgeous complimentary shades (there's six in total). There's a pastel pink, a darker rose pink, two highlighting 'whites' and a lilac. Mixed all together they create a pretty pink flush of colour.

AERIN's spring collection will be available for a limited time from February 2013 and is available to buy online here, Harrods, Selfridges and will also now be available in selected John Lewis stores.

Prettiest powder ever? What do you think?
