As I mentioned in this post, I recently got introduced to Rimmel's A/W collection and I'm so excited that they'll be bringing out a new range of Kate Moss lipsticks, as you know they're my favourite. I spoke about the lipsticks here and how much I like their creamy, long lasting formula.
For the first time they're releasing a collection of Matte lipsticks*, just in time for Autumn and there are 5 colours available.
These are not at all drying like you'd expect a highstreet matte lipstick to be, in fact they're really quite moisturising. I also love the new deep red packaging with black details, it reminds me of Christmas.
These are still my favourite highstreet lipsticks and I really recommend you try them if you haven't yet. The new matte lipsticks are now available in stores and I they're clearly really popular as I've noticed a lot of stores are already selling out.

I really like them. I bought the deep red (I think it's 107?) yesterday and love it, I wouldn't really call them matte though? It seemed a bit shiny to me

I haven't tried the Kate Moss for Rimmel lipsticks yet, but I am sorely tempted to pick up one of these new matte ones. I particularly like the deep burgundy/berry colour for this time of the year!

always been a bit wary about matt lippys as i have super dry lips..but if these aren't super drying like you said i might check em out as i've always wanted to try matt lipsticks

Been wearing 107 (darkest on the left) all week and love it! These lipsticks smell so good! Think I might have to get the red one next to it too!
ReplyDeleteI am such a big fan of the Kate Rimmel lipsticks and am obsessed with stalking stores for the new Matte ones. Every drugstore I go by, I must stop in to see if they've gotten them in yet... Do you know if they're available in the States yet and if not, when they will be?!

ReplyDeleteI love the look of these but the smell? Seriously anyone who is tempted take a sniff first. I got the Nude (113 I think?!?) and it makes me feel so ill when its on my lips. The smell is overwhelming! Its a shame because they are beautiful lipsticks :(
