French Pharmacy Haul

Thursday, 7 June 2012

My parents just came back from France and bought lots of goodies back with them. I gave them a long wish list and they managed to mind most of it!

Let me know if you've tried any of these products and what you think of them.

  7. Cold cream is a base cream made of oil and water that is used in lot of dermatological products, it's good for dry and dehydrated skin so it's used in lots of products from Avene, LRP etc...

I have been using the Bioderma Crealine for 6 years and I can't get enough :) It's sold here in Belgium but I do cross the border and shop in France as it's half the price there!! I also use the Nuxe lipbalms, both jar and tube, and their BIO organic range looks really nice although I haven't tried many of them.

  24. I use Bioderma H2O regularly, it is just perfect for makeup removal! But it is a micellar solution which means it is not only water contains some soapy agents, you better wash your face after you use it, I don't recommend you to use it as a toner either (this recommendation comes from a chemist who worked with micellar solutions in her thesis ;)) Also, if you are going to clean your makeup with that, I can recommend you to moist a piece of cotton pad (in fact two pieces) and put it on your eyelids and just pad gently on your lids little little and remove the pads without wiping!
