Dr Weil for Origins Mega-Bright Serum £46*
Origins have recently added another product to their very famous Dr Weil range. The Mega-Bright serum was created to help even out skin tone as well as brighten the skin. I've been using it every day for about 2 weeks and am loving it so far. It also helps smooth out the skin, sort of like a primer.
You may have seen in my vlog here that I visited the brand new Origins counter at John Lewis, Oxford Street last week. They have recently re-done the whole of the John Lewis beauty hall and the Origins counter is looking really great! I love their displays and the people on the counter are always really helpful.
To coincide with the launch of the new Mega-Bright Serum, Origins have added a new treatment to their current menu of mini facials... 'The Mega Bright Mini Facial'. I took a seat just behind the counter and a lovely lady gave me a quick skin consultation before starting the facial.
She started by cleansing my skin with a creamy cleanser and then exfoliated using the new Brighter by Nature exfoliating pads. She then applied the Drink Up Intensive mask all over the face and left it on for around 10 minutes. After the mask was wiped off, she applied the new Mega-Bright Serum and massaged the face all over. The final part of the facial was the Brighter by Nature moisturiser and VitaZing tinted moisturiser.
I hope all this information is correct, it's a bit of a blur because it was so incredibly relaxing. 15 minutes felt like an hour and I didn't want it to end. I actually ended up buying the exfoliating pads and the mask because I loved them so much!
I highly recommend the mini-facial and the best part is it's free in April! So go to your local Origins counter to find out more, it's seriously worth it!

I've never tried any Origins products, but I would definitely love to give the brightening ones a whirl- unfortunately, they're way out of my price range :(

Would you say this product was worth the £46.00 price? as its more than I would normally pay for this type of product (being a poor student) but I really want it.. i'm having an arguement with myself over whether to get it or not..do you think the bottle would last quite a while? great review by the way
